14-Day Return Policy

Returns Within 14 Days

You may return products within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind.

Items must be sealed, unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Once inspected and approved for restocking, you can choose between:

A refund of the purchase price, or

A credit to your account.

Refunds

Refunds may take up to 7 working days to clear with your bank.

For non-defective products, a return fee of 10% or R50 (whichever is greater) will be deducted to cover costs.

Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Return

Email us at support@simplyisis.shop within 14 days of receiving your order.

We’ll arrange collection from your location. Please ensure:Items are securely packaged (couriers may refuse poorly packed goods).

The provided return waybill is attached.

After inspection, we’ll process your refund or credit within 7 days.
